Why FitClub Boxing Studio?
We pride ourselves in the fact that we are not like your typical gym. At FitClub, we are a community, all working together to achieve a healthier and happier version of ourselves.
I have never boxed before, is that OK?
Truth is everyone starts somewhere, and the fact that you’re interested in boxing is an excellent start! Our supportive team of professional trainers are here to help you learn and develop your skills in every possible way.
How fit do I need to be?
We cater to all fitness levels and encourage everyone to consistently train at their own pace, giving 110% each and every time. Your abilities will progress before you know it.
What do I need to wear?
Just some comfortable workout clothes that will allow you to move. Be sure to wear athletic footwear.
Do I need to bring anything?
Please bring along a water bottle and a towel. As for the boxing equipment, we have gloves here for you to use during training but we recommend everyone to use their own wraps. You can purchase inners, quick wraps and wraps in the studio.
Can I do my own training while classes are on?
Most certainly! Just keep in mind that during classes you may not have access to all of the equipment.
Is boxing safe?
Absolutely! We’re all about getting fit, not getting hit! Our experienced trainers are focused on teaching you the correct boxing technique using punching bags and focus pads.
What are classes like?
Most classes last for 45 minutes with the exception of Boxing Technique, which lasts for 30 minutes. Each class varies in intensity and style however they all revolve around boxing with a full body workout run by our professional trainers.
Is boxing just for boys?
No way! We have plenty of kickass ladies at FitClub! In every class we usually have an even mix of guys and gals of all levels.
Do you train amateur fighters?
We have done so in the past, please contact us for more information.
How long will it take me to learn boxing?
At FitClub we believe you can never stop learning. Boxing is a rewarding journey and can mean many things to different people. If you put in the time and effort, we are confident that you will build the right skills to achieve the desired outcome you are looking for.
